TruExpansion Foundation offers Youth Empowerment Programs to teens who are in foster care. Programs help to build self-confidence, identify unique strengths and provide tools for personal development, life skills and wellness. TruExpansion Foundation also offers Vocational Training in Business Office Services to teens ages 16-17yrs, who are aging out of foster care and into the community.

This program prepares students for entry-level employment in a broad range of clerical and customer service positions. Students are provided with hands-on training, along with classroom training to prepare them to enter the job market. Each student is assigned a personal workstation in the classroom. They interact with the instructor and other students simulating a business office environment.

Teens develop new skills, professional knowledge and tools to confidently add value to an organization and become productive citizens in the community.
